Initiate interaction with a live agent

Web Agent™ enables website visitors to request a call from a live agent when they have questions or need assistance. To launch Web Agent, the customer uses an icon on their website that’s linked to a custom applet. The customer supplies the number where they want to receive the live call-back, and the applet displays a message indicating that a return call will be made by the first available agent. If no agents are available, the number is queued and redialed until the call is completed.

Web Agent™ can be used in conjunction with E-Mail Agent to facilitate a call-back response. The URL address containing the Web Agent link can be embedded into the text of an outgoing e-mail message. When the customer clicks the embedded URL address, the e-mail recipient is connected to the web page that displays the Web Agent applet icon.

Use Web Agent to facilitate live interaction with prospects and customers who need assistance with topics such as product questions or ordering, to improve customer care, and to increase sales.
