  • Parts Replacement
    Includes all parts as specified in the Customer Service Agreement (CSA) required to maintain proper operation of the system. Parts installation includes TDI warranted replacement parts by a TDI authorized representative. The TDI Customer Service team values customer satisfaction and takes pride in delivering timely and professional assistance to TDI customers. Full system service includes next-day hardware replacement and on-site service.

  • Remote Diagnostics
    TDI employs a wide variety of secure remote diagnostic tools, including Netop Remote, PC Anywhere, DameWare, and WebEx, to connect to the customer’s system via modems, VPNs, or other Internet methods. Remote access allows TDI Customer Service Technicians to easily investigate a problem or show how a procedure is performed – a service designed to increase customer understanding and assist in faster issue resolution. In some cases remote connectivity requires an on-site resource.

  • On-site Maintenance Services
    For issues requiring on-site service, TDI employs the professionals of NuFocus, although TDI always maintains primary responsibility for problem determination and resolution. NuFocus is a nationwide service company with hundreds of locations worldwide. If the situation requires TDI’s express interaction, a TDI Customer Service Technician will be on-site within 24 hours.

  • Software Enhancements
    The CSA provides the opportunity for customers to receive maintenance enhancements to the current system software version at no charge. If you do not maintain a CSA with TDI, software updates are available at an additional charge.

  • Customer Service Charges
    There are no service charges as long as a current CSA is maintained, unless otherwise noted.

  • TDI KnowledgeBase
    All TDI customers are given access to our online Knowledgebase. The KnowledgeBase is a great tool for IT professionals tasked with supporting the Liberation system.
