James K. Noble, Jr. – President & CEO
James K. Noble, Jr., has spent his entire career in the call center industry, originally with divisions of Time Life and The Hearst Corporation, where he held a variety of operational and management positions. After opening and managing his own call centers and identifying a need for call processing automation, Mr. Noble worked to develop the Noble Solution. Mr. Noble founded Noble Systems Corporation in 1989 to sell and support the Noble platform. In addition, Mr. Noble is a founding organizer, shareholder and board member of American Trust Bank, one of the fastest growing community banks in Georgia with assets of over $250,000,000.00. Mr. Noble is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), American Teleservices Association (ATA), and the American Collectors Association (ACA). Mr. Noble also holds the current record for Delta Sky Miles, with over 31 million lifetime miles earned.
Marty Kidder – Chief Financial Officer
Marty Kidder leads Noble Systems' worldwide corporate finance organization. During his career, Marty has been responsible for managing merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring initiatives and financing transactions, and for overseeing business integrations and business systems implementations. He has led accounting, tax, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and SEC reporting functions for several global technology companies. Prior to joining Noble Systems, Marty has served as Chief Financial Officer for Verso Technologies, Inc., a global provider of IP telephony products and solutions. Prior to that, he held senior financial management positions with CipherTrust, Inc., Glenayre Technologies, Inc, and World Access, Inc. Marty began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Detroit, Michigan and received his certified public accountant license.
James Texter – Chief Technology Officer
Jim Texter has over 25 years experience in the design and development of IT & Telecom based commercial business applications. Jim is currently responsible for helping to lead the Research & Development team. He has been instrumental in designing and developing the first Windows based predictive dialing system, which received Call Center Solutions Magazine's 'Product of the Year award' in 1999 for innovative blending of inbound/outbound calling. Under Jim's direction, Noble Systems is continuing to focus on developing new and innovative operational efficiency products for the call center market. Prior to joining Noble Systems, Jim worked with a number of IT companies including Indepth Data Inc. Jim began his career with the U.S. Air Force, where he worked for over ten years in software development.
John Simpson – Chief Information Officer
John Simpson has more than 12 years of experience in the Collections industry, as both a technology vendor and a technology user. As CIO for Noble Systems, John oversees all aspects of security for the company and its applications and focuses on the development of its collections tools. Prior to joining NSC, John served as CTO of an accounts receivable firm and as a consultant for Melita International, working with clients to implement and improve performance using automation and technology and on implementing industry security standards to protect consumers and clients. John is a known speaker in the collection industry. John was honored in 2006 by Collections Technology News with the "2006 Collection Technology Excellence Award" for his dedication to the collection technology industry.
Chris Hodges – Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Chris Hodges is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Noble Systems. Chris has more than 20 years experience in the contact center and technology space. He has extensive experience with both operations and marketing, serving as CEO of a 1000 seat call center service bureau, and managing more than $350M in technology sales. Mr. Hodges co-founded National Service Direct, Inc. in 1991, creating one of the U.S.'s first fully-integrated customer contact centers. In 1995, he co-founded North American Telephone Network, a provider of discount prepaid telecom services. Mr. Hodges is also active in several industry-related trade associations, including SOCAP, ATA, and ACA.
Chad Hitchcock – Vice President, Client Services
Chad Hitchcock has over eight years of experience delivering the Noble Solution Suite to clients. As a Director of Client Services, As the Vice President of Client Services for Noble Systems, he is responsible for managing the company's support and services teams and for developing application enhancements to the system. Chad also oversees Implementation Engineering, where he works closely with Sales Engineering, Product Development, Field Implementation, and Project Management for the delivery of integrated solutions related to telephony, network, and business applications. Chad has also served as the Field Service Manager for Noble Systems, and worked as a member of the Noble Care support team.
James K. Noble, Sr. – Co-Founder & Director, Business Development
Jim Noble, Sr. was a Co-founder of Noble Systems. As Director of Business Development, Jim promotes Noble products and services worldwide, managing corporate sales and contract negotiations. Following the founding of the company, Jim played a major role in early product development, sales, and installation. Jim previously held numerous sales and sales management positions, responsible for major account development, with Fortune 500 computer companies, including Digital Equipment, Prime Computer, Harris Computer, and also served as corporate industry marketing manager at Data General, with responsibility for developing and delivering solutions to specific industries, as well as for coordinating market research, marketing programs, strategic partnerships, sales training and industry trade shows. Jim earned an undergraduate degree as an electronic engineer from Penn Technical Institute and has also worked in product research and design with Westinghouse Electric and Xerox Corporation.
