Versatile e-mail capabilities enhance agent performance

E-Mail Agent makes it possible for any agent to send an e-mail from any application within all campaigns in a single system. Use E-Mail Agent to send a sale or an appointment confirmation, or a follow-up note to any conversation.

You can also use E-Mail Agent to establish an unattended e-mail campaign. The campaign simply goes through a list and sends an e-mail message to each person on the list. Assign E-Mail Agent to the campaign, log that agent in, and then walk away.

Each agent station must have access to an e-mail server, but an e-mail account isn’t necessarily required. E-Mail Agent’s script sends a message directly to the e-mail server using a standard Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) interface.

The body of the e-mail message is composed in a Narrative Text Box within the DialogWizard, and you can create a customized message for each recipient.

Web addresses can be included in the message to point customers to documents available from the web. E-Mail Agent can be used in conjunction with Web Agent to facilitate live-call responses from the Internet.

Using E-Mail Agent is a cost-effective and efficient way to interact with customers, cross-sell and up-sell new offerings, and improve service levels by communicating proactively in a nonintrusive format.
